Here at FatCats when I review a place, I try to stay incognito. It's not that I like to think that i'm a spy (though that would be cool), its just that I don't want any special treatment as this allows me to give a real review of the foods I eat. That being said, I do believe in saying thank you. In this section I will showcase individuals I have met along the way who have left me with a smile on my face. So if you go to a restaurant, bar or other venue and recognize someone from my Server Spotlight, make sure to ask for them, and tell them we sent ya and of course don't forget to tip them well.
This Server Spotlight moment goes to Patrick Burke, hands down our favorite (and in my opinion the best) Wine Associate/Bartender at Schnebly Redland's Winery in Homestead. Patrick is very knowledgeable about the product line at Schnebly's. He speaks passionately about the wines and is pretty spot on when it comes to helping you find "your" wine. He's always smiling and having a good time. If you're planning a trip to the winery make sure you look for Patrick because i'm positive he'll take good care of you.
